“ASU camp has been a very important part of our off-season program for the past 30 plus years.  It has great dual team competition for any level wrestler as well as instructional technique sessions from some of the best coaches around . It’s also a great team-building opportunity for your wrestlers and coaching staff.”

Ron Bare, Northwest Guilford HS, NC 2X North Carolina 4A Dual Team State Champions

“App. State camp has been a must for our program for well over 20 years. We always get great technique, the one on one attention we need, and a high level of competition in the duals to prep us for the preseason. The camp staff and wrestlers are engaging with the athletes and provide constructive feedback that benefits everyone in our program! I can say that this camp has helped us reach 45 state titles combined in the last 23 years.”

Kyle Baird, Head Wrestling Coach - Jefferson High School, Georgia 45 state Championships in last 23 years

“The camp offers a well-organized and structured environment where campers have the opportunity to work closely with college wrestlers and clinicians. Coaches are encouraged to provide feedback, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. The instruction and competition provided are top-notch, creating the perfect setting for skill development. Additionally, the beautiful mountain location and the genuine care Appalachian State has for the growth of your program make it an easy choice for any team.”

Scott Saby, Head Wrestling Coach - Millbrook Wrestling

“ASU Team Camp has been a staple every summer for our wrestling program for over 30 years. Much of our success can be contributed to the experience we get at team camp. Fierce competition and excellent instruction are just two of the reasons we continue to come back every year. Our wrestlers get a memorable experience every time we come!”

Billy Baker , Head Wrestling Coach - St. Stephen’s High school - 4 team state championships
